About the course

This course are a collaboration with BDD and is held by their trainers.

During this two days training, (+ 1.5h preparation session + optional extra in-depth / certification support of 1.5h), you will learn to lead a Lean-Agile transformation of the entire company based on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and it's underlying principles as Lean , System Thinking, Agile Development, Product Development Flow and DevOps.

After this course, you will have a good understanding of Business Agility and how it can become competitive in an age of digitalization. We will discuss how to establish teams, technical agility and how to organize ourselves according to how we deliver value to our customers.

We will also learn how to plan and execute PI and how to coordinate multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs). We will explore the importance of being customer focused and how to apply “Design Thinking” to achieve this in our Agile product delivery. We will also go through what a Lean Portfolio Management means. The course combines theory with many practical exercises and discussions.
