About the course
This course is a collaboration with BDD and is held by their trainers.
In this course, you’ll gain an understanding of the role of SAFe Scrum Master in a Lean enterprise. Unlike traditional Scrum Master training that only have focus on the fundamentals of team-level Scrum, the SAFe Scrum Master course explores the role of the Scrum Master in the context of the entire enterprise and prepares you to successfully plan and execute the Program Increment (PI), the primary enabler of alignment throughout all levels of a SAFe organization.
The training explains the characteristics of a Team Coach who is able to facilitate an Agile team to become high-performing with early and frequent value deliveries. You will get the practical tools you can use directly after the class with confidence and in the same style as many other SAFe Scrum Masters.
Through our training concept, the participants will be involved in a learning process that creates insight and lasting knowledge. The training has been designed to include theory, practical exercise, dialogue, and reflection.
