2 Day Scrum Master Training
With Preparation for Professional Scrum Master I Certification
This is an interactive and activity-based course where the students help prioritise what topics to cover, based on their needs of a deeper understanding around challenges for a Scrum Master and a Scrum Team. Every topic in the course backlog holds a combination of ”theory”, discussion and exercises. The training also includes preparation for Professional Scrum Master I Certification.
The course backlog contains three topics that will be covered.

The course backlog also holds eleven topics that the students will prioritise. Around two thirds of these topics will be covered during the two day course, in order of priority.
