Show us Softhouse and Milou

This year, we’re not only celebrating 30 years of code. We’re celebrating the people behind it.

And we want every Softhouse and Milou office to help tell that story.

During the months leading up to our anniversary celebration in Malmö, we invite all offices and teams to join our internal Softhouse 30 Years Challenge by sharing photos and short video clips that capture your local spirit.

We want to see:

  • your people
  • your office vibe
  • your traditions
  • your coffee-fueled moments
  • your teamwork
  • your chaos
  • your laughter
  • the little things that make your office uniquely yours

The material will become part of the celebration during our anniversary event in Malmö — helping us showcase the people and culture that have shaped Softhouse over the last 30 years.


The Challenge

Different mini-challenges and themes for inspiration. For example:

  • “Most Softhouse moment”
  • “Powered by coffee & deadlines”
  • “Office vibe”
  • “Things only your office does”
  • “Behind the scenes”
  • “We code the future…” interpreted your way

You can participate however you want — funny, heartfelt, chaotic, creative or simple. No professional production needed.


Important to know

  • Phone videos and snapshots are more than enough
  • Short clips (10–30 sec) work perfectly
  • Authenticity beats perfection
  • Humor and personality are highly encouraged
  • Old photos and nostalgic throwbacks are welcome too

This is not about creating polished marketing material. It’s about celebrating the people behind Softhouse.

During the celebration in Malmö, we’ll also may highlight some favorite contributions with categories such as:

  • Most Creative Clip
